Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Order Changes/ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
